BACP Terms and Conditions

If you are choosing to enroll in our online classes, by completing the registration process, you are stating that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you disagree with these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.

 

• As a client / student with Butler Alcohol Countermeasures Program (butlerdui.org) :
  I agree to complete all modules within 30 days of payment/registration in order to receive credit for the program.

 

• I agree I am responsible for my own online learning.

 

 

• I understand that in order to successfully complete this program, I must score at least 80% on all tests.

 

• I understand that upon successful completion, and approval by a Certified DUI Instructor, a Certificate of Completion will be issued.

 

• REFUNDS: No refunds.

Online classes are available on this site instead of attending the court ordered in-person Alcohol Highway Safety School. If you are unable to complete the modules online; please contact our office to be scheduled for in-person classes (fees paid on-line will be credited toward in-person classes).
